This agreement: *Officially establishes me as your agent and advocate *Allows me to communicate directly with landlords and leasing agents on your behalf *Ensures we're both clear on expectations and responsibilities 💳 Service Fee & Deposit Policy To begin work, I require a 50% deposit of the selected package. The remaining balance is due when services are complete — regardless of whether a rental is ultimately secured.
